In June and July, the Department of Evaluation in General Education of ANACEC, held 4 webinars for the managerial staff of ATU Gagauzia

The online activities carried out aimed at informing the interested parties about the Methodology for the evaluation of general education institutions and the Methodology for the evaluation of the managerial staff in general education.

The participants were acquainted with the normative framework in the field of evaluation in general education, the evaluation procedure of the general education institution and the evaluation procedure of the managerial staff, the reference documents, the elaboration of the Activity report of the educational institution, the Activity report of the managerial staff and the benefits of the whole evaluation process of the institution or managerial staff.

The activities were opened by the vice-president of ANACEC, Mrs. Elena Petrov, and the head of the DEGE, Mrs. Lucia Argint. The moderators of the activities were representatives the Section of High School Evaluation: Orehovschi Sergiu - head of section, Natalia Cojocaru - main inspector and Alexei Șevciuc - senior inspector.

  • On June 25 and 30, 2020, two training sessions were held for the managerial staff of the educational institutions in ATU Gagauzia, in order to study the Methodology for the evaluation of general educational institutions and the elaboration of the Activity report. The 177 participants in the online training benefited from a detailed support on recording the evidence of effective activity, formulating the findings, analyzing how to ensure quality education for each pupil.

  • The webinar on the „Methodology for the evaluation of the managerial staff in general education”, organized on July 9, 2020, was attended by 124 participants, consisting in a general presentation of the normative document mentioned, together with the stages of elaboration of the Activity report, as well as the enumeration of the responsibilities of the Governing of Directors, local specialized bodies in the field of education and ANACEC.

  • The webinar "Activity report of the managerial staff" was organized on July 14, 2020, and brought together 136 participants. The activity had the mission to detail the stages, requirements and aspects related to the elaboration of the priority management document in the activity of the managerial staff.

The online information activities ended with the questions asked by the participants, addressed to the ANACEC representatives, from which some proposals result as well:

  1. Unification of the certification process with the evaluation process of the managerial staff. 

  2. Organization of an online meeting with the participation of specialists from local specialized bodies in the field of education and managerial staff in preschool education.

  3. The organization by ANACEC of some courses with practical activities for the managerial staff during the academic year.
