Center for Innovation and Policies of Moldova (CIPM) together with National Agency for Quality Assurance in Professional Education (ANACIP) and Association pour l’Intégration des Migrants have organized in Chisinau, on 7-9 July 2017, the workshop “Smart Diaspora – Quality Education Innovators” funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and International Organization for Migration (IOM).

During the period 16 -17 March 2017, Andrei Chiciuc, President of ANACIP and Alexandru Cauia, member of the Governing Board and Lucia Sava, Head of Department for Accreditation in Higher Education, attended the training session of ARACIS evaluators, held at the "Lucian Blaga" University in Sibiu, Romania.

Dear Mrs. Izmailova, tell us briefly about your professional background before you became the director of the National Acreditation Agency of the Russian Federation.

In 1988, I graduated from Leo Tolstoy Chechen-Ingush State University, Russian language and literature specialty, with the qualification of philologist, teacher of Russian language and literature.

In 1988, I started my didactic activity in the Republic of Ingushetia and I went through all stages from working as a teacher of Russian language and literature to the director of a school in the rural area.

The training seminar "Capacity Building of ANACIP external evaluators" took place between 15-16 November 2016, being organized by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Professional Education (ANACIP), with the support of the Estonian Quality Agency for Higher and Vocational Education (EKKA). The seminar was attended by 38 local assessors who serve on the committees of external quality assessment for the accreditation of Bachelor’s Degree study programs in the area of general studies "Education Sciences".

Between 24-27 October 2016 ANACIP representatives: Carolina Timco, secretary general ANACIP, Stela Guvir, head of Department of Vocational Education and Training and Olesea Ghedrovici, senior specialist, participated in several activities within the "Capacity Building of ANACIP experts" project funded by the Estonian Government.

On 26-27 September 2016, the representatives of National Agency for Quality Assurance in Professional Education, Andrei Chiciuc, and Carolina Timco, participated in the International Workshop ”The experience of Russia and Europe in the field of quality assurance in higher education: on the way to integration», organized by the National Accreditation Agency in Education from the Russian Federation, Grozny.
